Adam Stumacher’s work has appeared or is forthcoming in Best New American Voices,TriQuarterly, The Massachusetts Review, and The Sun, and was selected as winner of the Raymond Carver Short Story Award. He holds degrees from Cornell University and Saint Mary’s College of California, where he was recipient of the Jeanine Cooney and Agnes Butler fellowships, and he was recipient of the Carol Houck Smith fiction fellowship at the University of Wisconsin. He is the author of a short story collection, Slipknot, and is currently working on a novel, entitled A Liar’s Opus.
